The "Nof HaPark" project, part of Plan HR/1310 initiated by the Hod HaSharon Local Planning and Building Committee, offered land for construction under a site-specific zoning change (town building plan) at an advanced stage.
At the time of marketing, the plots were at a very advanced stage of rezoning and were offered at attractive prices. The plan is to include a variety of residential units, including garden apartments, 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses. A contractual framework, including a co-ownership agreement, was intended to ensure the fastest possible timetable.
The plots are located in the western part of Hod HaSharon, along the upscale HaPardes and HaTchelet streets – one of the most expensive and sought-after locations in the city. They border the upscale cottage neighborhood of Compound 8B to the east, HaPardes Street – adjoining Hod HaSharon's large Four Seasons Park – to the south, and the rural homes of Kfar Hadar to the north.
Construction near the project is to feature ground-level housing and medium-density building, including garden apartments, 5-room apartments and penthouses. Many green areas are planned in the neighborhood, including Nahal Hadar, which, according to municipal plans, is to flow year-round at the foot of the project and eventually reach the Yarkon River and Ganei Yehoshua Park in Tel Aviv. The plots are within walking distance of leading educational institutions, the Margalit HaSharon Mall, the Sportan country club and the new municipal Sportek.
