About the project
A group was organized to purchase private land intended for the construction of two luxury towers in the south-western part of Hod HaSharon, with a mix of 4 and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses. The land is located in an upscale area characterized by low-rise housing, rich in open green spaces and close to municipal services.
The land covers more than 20 dunams (about 5 acres) designated for residential use under the Hod HaSharon master plan and National Outline Plan No. 35.
Planning status (at the time of marketing)
A plan was prepared and submitted to the District Planning Committee in full coordination with the Hod HaSharon Municipality. According to the information provided at the time, the plan had come into force and the process of obtaining building permits was under way, after which construction was to begin.
