The "Four Seasons on the Park" project is part of Plan HR/1302, initiated by the Hod HaSharon Local Planning and Building Committee, and lies along the route of the "Education and Culture Axis".
At the time of marketing, the plan was at a very advanced stage of rezoning for residential use: the District Committee had approved the plan, subject to technical changes to be made by the Local Committee. According to the information provided at the time, the uncertainty regarding the rezoning of the land was therefore considered low. Such assessments are not a guarantee of any outcome.
The plots are located in the center of Hod HaSharon, one of the most expensive and sought-after locations in the city. The plan borders the Green Park neighborhood to the south, HaPardes Street and the upscale cottage neighborhood of Compound 8B to the north, Derech Ramatayim to the east, and HaTzionut Street to the west, adjoining Hod HaSharon's large Four Seasons Park. The plots are also close to educational institutions, the Margalit Mall, the Sportan country club and the new Sportek.
The plan includes low-rise construction on its western side and high-rise construction on its eastern side, near Derech Ramatayim. The low-rise section is to feature garden apartments, 5-room apartments and penthouses. The neighborhood is planned with many green areas and public buildings, and the Education and Culture Axis path is to run through it, including, according to the plan, dozens of dunams of public areas: a new cultural center, an expansion of Four Seasons Park by more than 50 percent, schools, kindergartens and community clubs.
Investing in land whose planning has not been completed, and in purchasing groups, involves heightened risks, including delays, changes to the plan and loss of investment; see our Terms of Use.
