This was a TAMA 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction) project, under which a new, modern building is constructed. The project includes 3, 4 and 5-room apartments, garden apartments, penthouses and an underground parking garage, with a high-standard specification typical of the area.
The Neve Avivim neighborhood is known as a quiet, high-quality area, with many public gardens, kindergartens and excellent schools. It is within walking distance of the sea, Tel Aviv University and the Ramat Aviv Mall, and about a 10-minute drive from the bustling center of Tel Aviv.
